To provide a personalized health and nutrition experience, we collect the following types of information:
- Profile Information: When you set up your profile, we collect your name, height, weight, gender, fitness goals, and dietary preferences.
- Health and Log Data: We collect daily log data including calorie intake, protein, and water consumption that you manually enter.
- Account Information: If you sign up using an email address or Google Sign-In, we store your email for authentication and account security purposes via Google Firebase.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected data solely to deliver, personalize, and improve our services, including:
- Calculating and displaying your target daily calorie, protein, and water goals.
- Tracking your health metrics and logs over time.
- Providing personalized responses and recipes via the AI Coach.
3. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored securely using Google Firebase. We implement industry-standard database rules to ensure that only you can access and read your personal records and logs.
4. Your Rights & Data Deletion
In compliance with Google Play Store developer policies, we support your right to delete your personal data. You can delete your account and all associated records in two ways:
Option 1: Inside the Mobile App
Go to Settings and click the Delete Account button. This immediately and permanently deletes your Firebase account credentials, profile, and all saved diet/water logs.
Option 2: Online Request Portal
If you no longer have access to the app, you can submit a deletion request via our Account Deletion Web Portal. We will process your request within 7 business days.
5. Third-Party Services
We use secure cloud services to run the app. Specifically, Google Firebase handles our hosting, user authentication, and database storage.
